British Airways has a dedicated and experienced Group sales team specially trained to manage all of your group travel requirements, whether business or leisure.

You can make your group booking for as few as 10 people travelling together in our Economy cabin, seven or more passengers in our Premium Economy and Business cabins, and four or more passengers in our First cabin.

If you have less than 10 people in your group, but you would still like to book everyone together, you can book your flights and other facilities directly on ba.com.

You won't need to tell us the final names until two weeks before you fly, so you can relax knowing that you have secured your flights for the best price without having to advise us of all the small details. We can help with your sporting group's travel arrangements, and if you have any specialist kit or equipment that you need for your trip, we can advise on the best way to get that to your destination. You can also be secure in the knowledge that once your flights are held we don't need final names until two weeks before travel, and if you have any last minute replacements you can change a name for just £30.

We can request group check-in facilities so that your whole party can be together right from the start of your trip (with minimum 8 days notice) and we can also arrange seating so everyone sits together on board.

You can help parents or students spread the cost of their trip by paying the initial deposit when securing the flights and then pay nothing more until eight weeks before you depart. You can also leave the final list of names until two weeks before you travel.

• You can tell us the names of the people travelling up to two weeks before you fly.
• If you need to change the names of some passengers, this can be done free of charge, as long as the tickets have not been issued.
• You can still change names in your group after the tickets have been issued, at a charge of £30 per change. Please let us know at least one day before you fly.
  

• We will hold the flights for you, free of charge, for two weeks at which point a 20% deposit will secure your booking.
• Full payment is required eight weeks before departure, but you won't need to provide us with the names of the passengers until two weeks before the first flight.
• We know that sometimes your travel plans change, so if you need to change your travel arrangements, you can upgrade your class of travel and we may be able to offer you flexibility in your travel dates, subject to availability. A charge will be made for any upgrades and may be made for flight changes.

Over the period of 20 July 2012 to 19 August 2012, for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, there will be special conditions covering when payment must be made and when names should be advised. This will cover all flights arriving or departing into London Heathrow, London Gatwick or London City airports.
