A blend of tropical flora, white sand beach and inviting waves make The Sandpiper a magical place. Wander under the shade of the swaying coconut palms and orchid trees, before retiring to a beautifully appointed guest room with views of the gardens or pool. For that extra bit of luxury, the new Luxury Suites feature their own plunge pools, wonderful interior design and a fabulous location overlooking the white sand of St James Beach. Award-winning cuisine is served at the restaurant and all dishes are made from fresh ingredients sourced daily from the local community. There is also a stylishly designed bar and lounge by the mosaic tiled swimming pool where guests may enjoy a cool drink. Visit Harolds Bar, which is situated at the very edge of the calm Caribbean Sea. Live entertainment is provided in the evening and there is a Sunday barbecue. With its own water sports facilities, The Sandpiper is able to offer a wide range of activities including sailing and snorkelling. Motorised water sports such as skiing, site-seeing tours, Banana/Mabel rides and more are also available, for a local fee. The tennis courts provide an escape from the beach. Guests may also choose to play golf at several local courses.
