Hawksbill is popular with all kinds of guests, including single travellers, couples and families. It is set in 37 acres of landscaped tropical gardens which curve around four private bays with white sandy beaches. Antigua's capital, St John's, is located nearby. With a range of shops, banks, pharmacies and supermarkets. The resort's accommodation is divided between garden bungalows, rooms and suites. All feature en-suite shower rooms, ceiling fans and a private terrace or balcony. The rooms are spacious, light and airy, and many feature traditional high wooden ceilings. Most rooms offer sea views. Activities include swimming in the sea or pool, table tennis, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkelling and paddlefish sailing. Facilities at this all inclusive resort include two restaurants and two bars. Guests may also enjoy dinner on the beach with the hotel's weekly beach barbecue. The Tamarind Bar is a friendly and informal bar. It hosts the hotel's evening programme of entertainment.
