Dining information

Restaurant:

A 1,000-bottle wine tower is like a merlot mountain at the centre of Leonora, the Sebastian’s main restaurant. One of the region’s best dining options, Leonora serves a continental mix of dishes, including crudo, flatbreads, tapas and warming entrees like lamb cassoulet, wood-roasted mussels and braised veal cheeks, and the sommelier’s extensive list has been crafted to perfectly pair with the international flavours. The more casual Market serves light, quick breakfast and lunch options, like breakfast burritos, beignets and sandwiches, with an extensive coffee programme centred around Denver-based Dazbog Coffee.

Top table:

Snag a table on the patio for cocktail hour in the warm summer months. In the winter, request an intimate round booth near the wine tower.

Last orders:

Hours change seasonally, but Frost Bar is typically open from 4 to 11pm; Leonora serves breakfast from 7 to 10.30am, lunch from 11am to 2pm, and dinner from 5.30 to 10pm. Market serves breakfast, coffee and light lunch from 7am to 2pm.

Room service:

Both Market and Leonora can provide food from their full menus during typical dining hours; a limited special menu of sandwiches, salads and entrees is available 24 hours day.

Hotel bar:

Decorated with icicles, smoky blue lighting and dark wood, the wintery Frost bar takes full advantage of its location, pouring excellent Scotch, local microbrews and craft cocktails. Each Friday night, the hotel hosts Sparkle and Pop, with prosecco and white-chocolate popcorn for guests in the lobby.
