• Overlooking the sea of Oman, the award winning Al Khiran is Al Bustan’s all day indoor and outdoor dining restaurant. Serving a scrumptious buffet breakfast and an international lunch buffet with live cooking stations there is plenty of choice for everyone. For dinner, guests can enjoy the special themed buffet nights on a daily basis. An a la carte menu is also available. • Serving authentic Chinese cuisine in the heart of Oman, China Mood has claimed its position as one of the top Asian restaurants in the region. Open for lunch and dinner, the team are specially recruited from China to guarantee authenticity. • Beach Pavilion Restaurant and Bar: Set by the sea, Beach Pavilion is an outdoor and indoor speciality restaurant serving the freshest local seafood and the finest imported fish which is flown in especially. Dining beneath the stars is also a breathtaking experience for Al Bustan guests. Open for lunch and dinner. • Offering live entertainment, Al Maha Lounge is ideal for enjoying a relaxing evening. This locale serves specially prepared cocktails and drinks as well as light meals for lunch or dinner. • Atrium Tea Lounge: The 38 meter high Atrium is world renowned for its English High Tea. Open all day, the Atrium serves a variety of uniquely flavoured teas infusing a modern twist into this traditional indulgence. • The pool and garden bar serves snacks and drinks daily from 11:00 until 18:00. Please note, some of the restaurants operate on reduced hours/days between 01 June - 31 August: • China Mood is available for dinner only, from Monday to Friday. • Beach Pavilion is open for dinner only, but is closed Monday and Tuesday • The Half Board supplement is for dinner, as the higher priced supplement. Guests are welcome to use their food credit for lunch.
