Representing excellent value for a 5* resort, this hotel is a great choice for families. Situated on a large island with fantastic diving off shore. Formerly known as the Diva Maldives, the LUX* Maldives is a large island by Maldives standards and offers unspoilt living, ideal for families offering shallow, sandy lagoons and coral reefs which are great for snorkelling. For those more adventurous LUX* Maldives is a great diving location and one of the few where there is a chance of seeing the giant but docile Whale Shark. A multiple award-winning hotel as one of the worlds best island beach resorts, all of the luxury villas offer views over the beach and lagoon, standing on stilts over the water or scattered along the beach. Enjoy tropical gardens, coconut palms and island flowers, with beach cinema screenings and a LUX* Me spa and fitness centre which combines fitness, spa, nutrition and yoga. Make the most of your LUX* island getaway with complimentary reef snorkelling, kayaking and pedal boats. There's also a wide range of water sports available at the boathouse, such as windsurfing, rubber ring and banana rides, water-skiing, wakeboarding and jet-skiing for an additional fee.
