• Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the Bayside Bar features delicious Cre-Ole fare served tapas-style—fusing the Creole flavours of the Caribbean with the Latin flair of the Mediterranean, Mexico and South America. A beach BBQ dinner option is available at the Bayside every Friday • A new Smoothie Bar has been introduced at the Bayside Bar serving freshly blended fruit concoctions from 07:00 to 10:30 daily • The Great Room provides a more elegant dining option throughout the week and has an excellent dinner menu • Afternoon tea is served in the Palm Court Lounge.
