Italian and Mediterranean Cuisine with buffet and a la carte menus - no reservations required. Bayside - Dinner: 18.00pm - 21.00pm (closed Sat). Casual and candlelit Asian restaurant situated on the sea. By reservation only. 8 Rivers - Dinner: 18.15pm - 21.00pm (closed Mon) Classic cuisine incorporating local Jamaican and Caribbean ingredients. By reservation only. Dress code applies. The Verandah - Dinner: 18.30pm - 22.00pm (closed Mon and Sat). Continental cuisine - no reservations required. Veggie Bar - Open 11.00am - 18.00pm daily. Healthy snacks and vegetarian options. Pool Grill - 11.00am - 18.00pm and 22.30pm - 05.00am - casual fare (except on Mon and Sat when it's closed between 18.30pm - 23.00pm during the Beach Party and Poolside Gala Nights).
