Staying at LaSource can only be described as a truly amazing holiday experience. The resort's philosophy is to affect you in ways you never thought possible, by providing a daily complimentary programme of body treatments and activities, as well as sumptuous food and drink - all included. LaSource enjoys a stunning location on the southern most tip of Grenada. Soak in the tranquillity as you discover 40 acres of tropical gardens, before calming your mind on the secluded Pink Gin Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on Grenada. The award-winning Oasis Spa offers an exceptional range of treatments and classes to enjoy. Pamper yourself with a massage or choose a delectable body treatment and gain invaluable lifetime skills to connect body and mind by learning yoga, tai chi and other relaxation arts. Stretch and stimulate your body with a full programme of water sports from the well-equipped water sports centre. You can enjoy hobie cat style catamaran and sunfish sailing, windsurfing, and snorkelling. Land sports are just as plentiful and include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, archery, two floodlit tennis courts, table tennis, volley ball, cycle tours, badminton, fencing and a weights room. Guest rooms are set on the hillside and are beautifully furnished with mahogany four-poster beds, Italian marble floors and ceiling fans, evoking a dignified colonial plantation house and creating a serene ambience for recuperating. The marble bathrooms are particularly spacious and feature plush robes and designer lotions, adding the finishing touch. Both the hillside location of the rooms and that there are no lifts, makes this resort unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. Whichever way you plan on spending your time at LaSource, the resort's focus is on enjoyment as much as well being.

Dining information

Cuisine LaSource is a globally influenced cuisine designed for healthier eating without sacrificing the art of good cooking. Breakfast is served buffet style in the air-conditioned Garden Restaurant (7.30am to 10.30am). Continental breakfast service is available in-room on request daily from 6.00am to 10.30am. Lunch is your choice served buffet style in the air-conditioned Garden Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) or a la carte in Oscars Beach Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm, every day except Friday) or a light lunch at the Cafe Deli (11.00am to 6.00pm). On Friday, there is a buffet BBQ lunch served in the Garden restaurant. Dinner is served a la carte in the Great House Restaurant (6.30pm to 9.30pm) and a nightly themed buffet style in the air-conditioned Garden Restaurant (6.30pm to 9.30pm) and a la carte dinner is served in Oscars Beach Restaurant (7.00pm to 10.00pm, two nights per week) - reservations required for dinner at Oscars Beach Restaurant. Caribbean dinner beach party served buffet style weekly with live entertainment. Snacks and afternoon tea is served at the Cafe Deli (11.00am to 6.00pm). Other diets can be catered for subject to prior arrangement with the hotel.

EXCLUSIONS. No children under 16 years old are permitted except between 01 May 2013 - 15 Sep 2013 when the minimum age is 10 years. Children under 16 are not allowed spa treatments. DRESS CODE. Breakfast and lunch are casual but guests are asked to cover swimming costumes and men are to wear a shirt. Dinner elegantly casual (no shorts, T-shirts, caps or bare feet are permitted in the restaurant).
