• Oceana: The main restaurant. Offers an extensive international buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and daily changing themed buffet dinner. Watch the chefs cook at the live cooking stations • BiCE Restaurant and Bar: Modern and stylish with comfortable seating and a welcoming ambience. Award-winning restaurant serves authentic Italian food for both lunch and dinner • BiCE Sky Bar: Discreetly located on the 10th floor with a cool and sophisticated decor, and floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy a relaxing dinner or drink, whilst gazing at Dubai?s spectacular skyline • Axis: The comfortable Axis lobby lounge provides an informal meeting place, where a wide choice of gourmet teas and coffees are served, including a selection of pastries and afternoon tea • Studio One: Primarily a sports bar, offers a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere providing a selection of light bites and a wide variety of drinks and cocktails • Pachanga Restaurant and Cuban Bar: The menu is renowned for its meat and seafood specialities, blending the flavours, textures and traditional cooking methods of Latin America. A traditional Latin American band feature Monday to Saturday and there are Tango nights every Wednesday • Wavebreaker: Overlooking the beach and ocean. Enjoy a light lunchtime snack from the a la carte menu, and the grill buffet in the evening under the stars (Please note, the BBQ grill is only available in winter months.) International sporting events are also shown on flat screen TVs during the winter • H2O: Al fresco dining takes place on Pergola Terrace, overlooking the pool and offering an a la carte menu for a light lunch. The H2O pool bar is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or early evening aperitif • Customers booked on half board will take their meals in the main buffet restaurant of the section of the hotel in which they are staying.

Additional information

TRANSFER TIME. Approx. 30 min. We strongly recommend that transfers are booked in Dubai. Transfers must be booked as additional items, for which separate vouchers will be required. Hotel check-in time is 15.00 hrs. At times of high occupancy when early check-in is not possible, guests have use of all hotel facilities including food and beverage outlets, pool and beach. The Hiltonia Health Club facilities for showers and freshening up are available, and there is a waiting room with tea, coffee and refreshments. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle four times a day to the city. Shuttle buses between the hotel and various shopping malls in Dubai are available. Where accommodation includes free child places, a charge will be made locally for all child meals.
