Flights to Beijing
British Airways flights to Beijing land at Beijing Capital International Airport, 16 miles north-east of Beijing city centre. Travel to/from central Beijing
Beijing flights land to the north-east of Beijing. After your flight to Beijing, be sure to take a legitimate Beijing taxi and make sure the meter is on. Taxis are cheap and you'll whiz past Beijing's art community and the exquisite Lama Temple on the way to central Beijing. You may have plenty of time to see the sights, as Beijing's traffic can be heavy, so leave an hour to get to the airport for your flight back from Beijing. There are regular buses to central Beijing – check at information booths after your Beijing flight.
