Member must book a transatlantic round-trip ticket in the US, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean or Latin America, excluding Cuba, in qualifying World Traveller fares (H, B or Y class), World Traveller Plus (W or E class), Club World (J, C, D or R class), FIRST (F or A class), including an approved Corporate dealt ticket booked in one of the aforementioned classes by February 26, 2010 and travel between January 28 and March 31, 2010. (Excluding I, T, N, V, Q, S, L, O, and G classes).
All travel to be completed by March 31, 2010 and must be based on completed round-trip travel.
To ensure qualifying flights are tracked, members must provide Executive Club member number at time of booking and again at check-in.
Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your e-voucher for companion travel. If no email address is provided at time of registration a voucher will be sent by direct mail within 8 weeks.
Offer is available on all British Airways operated mainline flights only. It is not valid on any code-share, franchise or oneworld flights.
Eligible round-trip fares are combinable where available. For example, a one-way Club World fare from NYC to London can be combined with a one-way FIRST fare from London to NYC.
Tickets must show confirmed reservations (no open segments) for the entire journey and must be purchased prior to start of travel from the US, Canada, Bermuda, Caribbean or Latin America. No split currency ticketing is permitted.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-endorsable, and not exchangeable for cash. No name changes are allowed once tickets are issued.

Companion terms and conditions
Member and companion must each pay all applicable surcharges, fuel surcharges, government fees and taxes.
Member must have a valid email address on file with British Airways to receive E-voucher.
E-vouchers will be sent with instructions for redeeming complimentary companion offer.
To redeem companion ticket, member and companion must make a booking between January 4 and July 30, 2010 on any BA published fare, except those that are fully non-refundable.

Member and companion must travel transatlantic round-trip together on the same flights departing between January 11 and December 15, 2010. Both passengers must be booked on the same reservation and tickets must be issued at the same time for the same itinerary, class of service and dates. Member and companion travel must be booked in the following published fares: F, A, J, C, D, R, W, E, Y, B, H, K, M class. The following classes are excluded: I, T, and the non-refundable fares classes N, V, Q, S, L, O and G are excluded. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2010.

Flight interruption policy: If irregular flight operations occur, alternate travel arrangements will be made under British Airways' existing flight interruption policy for both travellers.
British Airways audits tickets on a regular basis for accuracy and compliance. Violations to the terms and conditions listed above may result in agency debit memos and/or other action deemed appropriate by British Airways.
