To collect the level of BA Miles stated, members must belong to ‘Starwood Preferred Guest’, Starwood’s own loyalty programme.
Preferred members will earn 2 BA Miles per U.S. $1 spent and Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest members earn 3 BA Miles per U.S. $1 spent on all eligible charges to your room bill.
Steps to earning BA Miles:
If the BA Miles do not show on your account within six weeks, please submit a claim via our claim missing BA Miles.

Make a booking on-line at www.spg.com or contact a Starwood central reservation office and start collecting BA Miles.
