5 Membership Rewards points equals 4 BA Miles.
If you are enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards programme, you can transfer your points into BA Miles quickly and easily online or by calling Membership Rewards on 902 37 5637.
Membership Rewards onlinePoints transfer starts at 1,000 Membership Rewards points and can be increased in increments of 500. Your BA Miles should be added to your account within five working days.
Please note that you must be a local member of both the British Airways Executive Club and the American Express Membership Rewards programme to be able to transfer your points.

A minimum of 5,000 Gold Passport points is required for each conversion request. Additional point conversions can be made in 2,000 point increments. Each 2,000 points equals 800 BA Miles. Converting 50,000 Gold Passport points into BA Miles in one transaction will result in a bonus of 5,000 additional BA Miles. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing each request.
