To chat online, choose that option on the LiveHelp login screen. Once you have entered your name and clicked the "Connect" button; you will then see two windows open on your desktop - the online connection window, which provides the connectivity for your session, and the chat window. Type your message in the chat window, responses from your British Airways Customer Care representative will appear below the chat input box.

If you prefer to have a Customer Care Representative call you back, simply enter the number where you can be reached and indicate what time you would like the agent to contact you.
