Gold benefits
As a member of our highest Executive Club tier, you will enjoy the very best privileges that British Airways and our partner airlines offer, as well as the dedicated attention and personal recognition you deserve.
Enjoy worldwide lounge access
As a Gold member, you and a guest1 will enjoy access to over 250 lounges worldwide. You can also take advantage of Arrivals Lounges and Lounge Access Anytime2 , allowing you to access lounges even when not flying with British Airways.3

You can also look forward to relaxing in our Elemis Travel Spas, with complimentary treatment included, whenever you fly longhaul. Elemis Travel Spas are available in Terminals 1 and 4 at London Heathrow and at New York JFK airport.
Take advantage of Priority check in
Gold membership enables you to speed your way to the departure lounge by using British Airways FIRST and other oneworld® First Class check in desks – regardless of the cabin you’re flying in.
Benefit from Reservation Assurance
Reservation Assurance provides an economy seat on your chosen British Airways flight, even when the flight is full. You will need to have booked a full fare economy ticket more than 24 hours before the flight, and check in at least one hour before departure for British Airways to confirm your reservation*.
*Reservation Assurance cannot be guaranteed, as circumstances beyond our control may mean we are unable to offer this service. Your full fare economy ticket needs to be booked in the following classes: Y, B, H and C (on UK Domestic routes). Unfortunately we are unable to extend this service to your travelling companions, or ensure you are allocated a particular seat.
Earn more BA Miles with the Gold tier bonus
You will earn a bonus of 50% BA Miles whenever you fly with British Airways or Qantas. So, instead of 1 BA Mile for every mile flown, you will earn 1.5 BA Miles** enabling you to enjoy reward flights faster. This is in addition to the cabin bonus you earn while travelling in World Traveller Plus, Club Europe, Club World and FIRST.
** When you fly on a discounted economy fare, you’ll earn 25% of the actual miles you fly, plus your tier bonus.
Gold Upgrade for Two
Once you have earned 2,500 Tier Points in your membership year, you and a companion will be able to enjoy a complimentary upgrade+ to the next cabin on the flight of your choice. And we�ll give you another Gold Upgrade for Two when you reach 3,500 Tier Points.
