On Business travel points can be earned on all British Airways flights* purchased in the United Kingdom or Ireland. To earn business travel points simply enter your On Business membership number when booking or give it to your dedicated travel agent. British Airways destinations have been divided up into regional zones, with each zone earning different business travel points. The longer the flight, the more points your business earns. Points are also awarded according to the cabin booked.
To earn On Business travel points, insert your On Business membership number when making a booking. You can still earn business travel points for a flight if you forget to insert your number when booking. Simply go to the "my booking" section of Manage My Booking and enter your On Business number.
You can also retrospectively claim business travel points after a flight through your online account up to 4 months from the date of travel.
If not used, travel points expire at the end of the second calendar year after the date of issue. For example, any travel points issued between 1 January and 31 December 2008 will automatically expire on 31 December 2010.
You won’t miss out on all the advantages of On Business if you don’t book your own flights. Simply give your dedicated travel agent your On Business membership number to enter into bookings they make for you. You can nominate up to 5 travel agents for your On Business account.
