Swim with a dolphin
The dolphin swim experience is the centrepiece of your visit. You’ll begin by receiving an introduction to these beautiful animals in a secluded cabana. Then, with one of our trainers, you’ll head down to the Dolphin Lagoon® in groups of no more than eight, into the shallow turquoise waters to start your dolphin swim experience. Here, you’ll meet and play with a dolphin for 30 minutes, getting to know each other through hugs, kisses, rubdowns and, ultimately, a one–on–one swim together through the lagoon.

Explore Discovery Cove for the rest of the day
Experience the colourful Coral Reef®, an ideal setting to snorkel among thousands of tropical fish and come close to sharks and barracuda. But don’t worry - they’re safely housed behind glass partitions. You can also glide with the mysterious but gentle rays in the Ray Lagoon®.
For more up-close animal encounters, visit the Free-Flight Aviary®, home to over 250 different species of bird. You can touch them and watch them feed right out of your hand. If you'd simply just prefer to relax and top up your tan, then head to the Tropical River® where you can glide around the lush lagoons, through waterfalls and hidden grottos. Another great place to cool off is the Resort Pool, which is surrounded by pristine white beaches with plenty of sun loungers for you to just kick back and relax.

As well as your reserved dolphin swim experience (Swim Packages only), your full day out at Discovery Cove Orlando includes a continental breakfast, sumptuous buffet lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day, including Anheuser-Busch products for the over 21s. You'll also receive complimentary all day self-parking, towels, lockers and all of your swim and snorkelling equipment.
