Checking in at London City couldn't be easier

• London City airport is just 15 minutes from Canary Wharf by cab or the Docklands Light Railway.
• Check in up to 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time without baggage or 20 minutes before departure if you have bags to check in.
• Check in at your own convenience with online check-in at ba.com, or via your phone with mobile check-in at ba2go.com. You can also choose to check in using our new kerbside check in service or of course at a dedicated Club World desk, inside the building.
• London City airport has been recently refurbished to provide a stylish and comfortable environment.
• Free wi-fi is available throughout the terminal.
• Situated at Gate 24 is our dedicated Club World London City lounge styled on Heathrow’s Galleries concept. It is a dedicated departure lounge area where you can make use of free WiFi, pick up a newspaper or magazine and enjoy a selection of drinks and snacks.

• Check-in closes 45 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.
• Relax in our Terraces lounge at JFK where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks before your flight.
• There's also free wi-fi available throughout the lounge.
• To maximize your sleep on board we invite you to dine in the comfort of the Terraces Lounge before boarding your flight. We are introducing a new “Good Night” service on board but why not make the most of approximately 30 minutes extra sleep time versus our London Heathrow service? On arrival into London there is also a choice of breakfast options, including our new take away “Breakfast to go”.
