We do everything we can to make sure you have a brilliant experience when you travel with British Airways, but we know that sometimes things will go wrong. When that happens we want to hear about it.  Call us and we will do our best to sort out the problem there and then.  Or you can email or write to us and we will call you back to talk to you.

Ticket refunds

Where possible please send your request for a refund to the ticket issuer.  If you bought your ticket from a travel agent please send your refund request to them.

Tickets bought from British Airways

If you bought your ticket on ba.com or over the phone with British Airways, you may be able to apply for a refund through Manage My Booking on ba.com.

In some cases you may not be able to get a refund of your ticket on ba.com or through your original ticket issuer, so please contact us as follows:

Flight cancellations

If you have been affected by a flight cancellation you may be entitled to compensation under EU legislation.
