We will only be able to achieve the vision of One Destination if we equip our colleagues with the right tools.
Just some of the things we have achieved so far include:
- Give everyone the opportunity to understand their personal carbon footprint through providing a carbon calculator.
- Opening of Terminal 5 with outstanding facilities for colleagues - the bulk of our Heathrow operation is now under one roof, we have state of the art and brand new facilities for the first time since 1986 when we moved into Terminal 4.
- IT refresh across business - upgraded the majority of laptops and enhanced our data centres making them more efficient.
