Complimentary bus service from USA Domestic arrivals in Terminal 3 to British Airways in Terminal 5:

British Airways customers arriving on American Airlines and American Eagle flights in

Gate M14.

Customers will be asked to show their BA boarding pass to a designated representative in the boarding lounge prior to boarding the bus. Please note that the bus service is from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5 only.

For international arrivals at Terminal 5:

  • Clear immigration and customs on the lower level.
  • Re-check your baggage at the re-check area beyond customs.

  • Follow signs to Airport Transit System (ATS) and proceed to Terminal 5.
  • If you have been issued a boarding pass, clear security and proceed to your departure gate.
  • If you do not have a boarding pass, please check in at the counter of the airline on which you are traveling.
  • All bags will be checked through to destination.

How long does it take to transfer between terminals?
