You can change your booking on ba.com up to 48 hours after the original scheduled time of departure. To make changes after then, you must phone us, or visit a travel shop. All changes must be made within 14 days of the original scheduled departure time.
Yes. In some cases you will be able to do this on ba.com up to 24 hours prior to the original time of departure. After this point, refunds must be completed offline. Refunds must be completed as soon as possible. The original service fee is not refunded. Please contact BA for further details.
You may be able to re-book if your journey has already commenced or is about to commence within 48 hours. You will have to contact your travel agent for a refund, as you will not be able to use Manage My Booking for refunds.
Non-flight bookings will not automatically be cancelled when a flight is cancelled. Changes to your flights also do not change any non-flight products, even if they were booked at the same time as the flights. You will need to contact your original booking agent to make any necessary changes.
If your flight was cancelled then you should be able to change your ticket using Manage My Booking without additional charges. Some travel agent tickets have special conditions and this means you will need to refer back to the travel agent who issued your ticket.
