Palma de Mallorca is the main city on the Island of Mallorca, and the whole area offers much of interest for the car rental holidaymaker. In fact, car rental is one of the only ways to see the island in all its glory.
We recommend starting your car rental trip with a tour of western Mallorca. Firstly, follow the picturesque coastal road between the sea and the hills of pine trees to the pretty village of Estellencs. Further on, car rental will take you to Mirador de Ses Animes, with its 16th century watchtower affording great views of the coast.
After this, we advise continuing your car rental tour through the olive groves on to the town of La Granja. From here you can also head out to Galilea, a mountain village with a couple of tapas bars and great ocean views.
To the northeast of Mallorca, car rental touring also throws up many scenic treats. Head out of Palma for a day trip to Porto Cristo, then drive on to the towns of Son Servera and Capdepera - with its hilltop castle. You can then use car rental to reach the pretty village of Arta and the S'Albufera Nature Reserve.
The Plain of Mallorca is also well worth a car rental journey. With its old Roman roads, apricot groves and ancient market towns, the region is picturesque and historic. Drive first to the old town of Petra, then on to Muro with its fascinating museum. With car rental you can then also reach the village of Sa Pobla though a pretty vista of windmills and potato fields.
Our car rental is Super Inclusive* and your rental price includes any applicable premium location fee, unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver (excess applies), theft protection (excess applies), third party liability insurance, local tax and roadside assistance.
