Dubai City has a first class modern road system, with five main route ways linking every part of the city, so car rental travel is very possible here, especially at off peak times of the day. With excellent international shopping arcades, amusement parks for the kids, plus sports and water sports centres on various beaches, there is much to offer the car rental tourist. The city also benefits from several top quality golf courses too.

Car rental will really come into its own when touring outside the city itself. The picturesque Hajar Mountains are some 62 miles south of Dubai City, along the border with Oman.
