*Airfare Terms and Conditions

1. Offer can be booked online at ba.com or through a travel agent. If you book through a British Airways call center, you will be charged an additional $25 per ticket for processing.
2. $2012 promotional transatlantic business class fares quoted are round-trip, select “I” class fares for travel July 16, 2012 through September 2, 2012, inclusive, from select US gateway cities to London and Manchester on British Airways services or on British Airways code-share services operated by American Airlines to London and Manchester only (Class of travel between London and Manchester is Domestic/Economy). British Airways flights departing to and from Tampa and Orlando are excluded from this offer. Flights operated by any other BA code-share or franchise carriers do not qualify for this promotion. All travel must be completed by September 2, 2012.
3. Fares may be higher from other US gateways and to other destinations.
4. Round-trip promotional fares quoted include government fees and taxes, correct as of June 27, 2012, a $2.50 September 11th Security Fee and airline surcharges.
5. For new bookings only made June 27, 2012-July 3, 2012.
6. Refunds from previously purchased higher fare types not permitted.
7. A Saturday night stay is required.
8. Bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days before date of outbound departure.
9. Changes to itineraries booked in business class are permitted, prior to the ticketed departure time of each flight for a fee of $500 per ticket, subject to availability. The itinerary will be re-priced using fares in effect on the date the ticket is reissued and must meet all rule provisions of the newly ticketed fare.
10. Please refer to airfare rules of flights selected before completion of payment.
11. Executive Club members can earn Avios points per the terms and conditions of the Executive Club.
12. Infant without seat will pay 10% of the adult fare and infant with a seat pays 75% of the adult fare (infant seat discount not applicable to/from London City Airport (LCY)).
13. Child pays 75% of the adult fare (child seat discount not applicable to/from London City Airport (LCY)).
14. Unaccompanied minors permitted for a $75 surcharge each way.
15. Open to US residents paying in US dollars only, with travel beginning and ending in the US.
16. Limited availability of flights at these prices. Individual travel dates are subject to availability. Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and availability may be limited over holidays and peak periods. The number of seats available on each flight at a particular fare may be restricted and it is possible that seats allocated to a particular fare on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin.
17. All travel on BA operated flights is subject to BA's General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket and itinerary. Passengers carried by American Airlines are subject to AA’s conditions of carriage, which can be found on AA.com.
18. British Airways is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this promotion.
19. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
20. This offer may be withdrawn or limited by British Airways without notice.

Vacation Terms and Conditions

1. Special offer prices are only available for new bookings made June 27 – July 3, 2012 for travel between August 1-31, 2012.
2. Flight + Hotel package price is per person in US dollars based on round trip transatlantic British Airways or British Airways codeshare operated by American Airlines in Club World (Business Class) and 3-nights hotel accommodation in London and Manchester with 2 adults sharing a standard twin or double room including all government taxes and charges at London’s 4* Doubletree by Hilton London Westminster, 4* Doubletree by Hilton Tower of London, 4* Rembrandt, 4* K+K George, 5* The Park Lane and Manchester’s 4* Doubletree by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly, 4* Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre, 5* The Lowry.
3. Minimum stay is 3 nights in your destination city. Maximum stay is 11 months for Flight + Hotel packages. Package price is based on a midweek departure (Mon-Wed). $30 weekend travel surcharge (Thursday - Sunday) applies in each direction.
4. Date changes to package itineraries booked in Club World (Business Class) are permitted, prior to the ticketed departure time of each flight for a fee of up to $500 for the flight segment and $25 for the accommodation segment, subject to availability. Please refer to airfare rules of flights selected to determine if package is refundable.
5. Prices are sample prices and may vary depending on availability, prices are correct as at June 26, 2012.
6. Other hotels and room types are available, but prices will vary and will be higher.
