1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is any person aged 18 or over and is resident in Japan. Current members of the British Airways Executive Club are not eligible for this promotion and any BA Miles incorrectly credited will be removed. British Airways ("BA") reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Members.
2. To participate in this promotion and receive Double BA Miles, eligible participants must
(i) join the Executive Club programme online using the address provided as part of this campaign before 30 September 2009 
and
 (ii) take a qualifying return flight between Tokyo and London before the 30 September 2009

3. A qualifying flight is a return flight with British Airways from Tokyo to London  booked in one of the following classes: FIRST - F, A / Club World - J, D, C, I, R / World Traveller Plus - W, T, E

4. Qualifying flights must be made between 2 April 2009 and 30 September 2009 inclusive.

5. Qualifying flights must be booked and flown on services operated by British Airways Plc (but not on services wholly or partly owned by its franchisees, code share partners or oneworld Alliance members).

6. The following are not qualifying flights and this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or deal including but not limited to: (i) travel agent discounted fares, industry discounted fares, child/infant fares or senior citizen fares, whether or not booked in one of the qualifying booking classes; (ii) bookings made with vouchers or coupons (e.g. shareholder's discount coupon).

7. After joining the Executive Club and completing a qualifying flight, Double BA Miles will be awarded. All bonus BA Miles will be credited to the Eligible Participant's Executive Club account within 4 weeks after completion of the campaign. Close date 30 September 2009. All BA Miles are issued subject to the Executive Club membership terms and conditions.
