Avoid the airport queues by using Club World, Club Europe and equivalent oneworld business class check-in desks, regardless of what class of ticket you have.
You'll also have priority over Blue members on reservation waitlists and airport standby lists giving you some extra reassurance at the busiest times.
We don't plan on losing your bags, and we have an excellent record of getting baggage to our customers at their destination on time. But if your bag doesn't arrive when you do, we'll bring you to the front of the queue, so we can start searching for it sooner.

Unless you're travelling in First, Club World, Biz Bed or Club Europe, you won't be able to use our airport lounges just yet. But the good news is you're already half way to becoming a Silver Member. You'll need 600 Tier Points and 4 qualifying flights, or 50 qualifying flights, to move up to Silver.
