UK Diamond Club members can no longer earn destinations miles, other than through a bmi Credit Card account from MBNA.
You can continue to log into your account through the Diamond Club website.
In order to redeem destinations miles you can transfer them 1:1 to Avios with the Executive Club.
After you have transferred your miles you can spend your Avios on flights, upgrades, hotels and car hire.
See ‘Transferring your destinations miles’ below.
Due to there not being an Executive Club programme in Australia and New Zealand, we would like to offer our Diamond Club members living in the South West Pacific options to redeem their destinations miles. Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section and read through the SWP section to find out how.
You can still log into your account to check your balance at:
The Diamond Club has now closed outside of the UK, Australia and New Zealand. You can no longer access your Diamond Club account online and any destinations miles that remained in your account on 31 December 2012 have automatically expired.
If you have any queries in relation to your account which has now closed please contact the Diamond Club online at www.diamondclub.org.
Take a look at our Frequently Asked Questions for more information about the changes and what they mean for you.
If you are a member of the Diamond Club in the UK you can transfer as many destinations miles to Executive Club Avios points as you like at the rate of 1:1.
Simply log in to your Executive Club account and go to the ‘Manage My Account’ page. Here you’ll find a link to the transfer destinations miles tool under the ‘Your Options’ section.
Before you start a transfer please ensure that your contact details, including your name, email address and date of birth are up to date in both your Diamond Club and Executive Club accounts.
Transfers can be made between individual accounts, but unfortunately transfers into Household Account balances are not possible.
