As a Club customer you can check in online and print your boarding pass at the check-in kiosks available at our local airports.
We also offer our Club customers access to the Terraces Lounges situated at domestic departure terminals in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Premier Lounge in Port Elizabeth. Valet parking is offered for free for the first 24 hours when you travel on domestic flights. These valet parking services are only available at Johannesburg (Executive Carport) and Cape Town (Katanga) airports. Booking has to be done in advance to secure availability.
We have a local Special Services team based at the local airports with the aim of assisting our Club customers and Gold and Silver Executive Club members with their travel needs. The team is based at Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth airports .
When flying Traveller, you will be in for a pleasant surprise at mealtimes as we now serve Woolworths favourite food with our new Cafe Cloud service onboard.
For breakfast, you can look forward to omelettes, filled pancakes, Woolworths yoghurts, and either fresh fruit salad or a tasty muffin. For lunch and dinner, there are favourites like chicken and broccoli bake, chicken tikka, lasagne, cottage pie and macaroni cheese. Delicious sandwiches will also be served at snack times. We have ensured that vegetarians are also catered for.

On our domestic flights, check-in opens 1 hour prior to departure and closes 30 minutes prior to departure.
On our regional flights, check-in opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes 45 minutes prior to departure.
