As a Club customer you can check in online and print your boarding pass at the check-in kiosks available at our local airports.

We also offer our Club customers access to the Terraces Lounges situated at domestic departure terminals in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban and Premier Lounge in Port Elizabeth. Valet parking is offered for free for the first 24 hours when you travel on domestic flights. These valet parking services are only available at Johannesburg (Executive Carport) +27 11 390 2062 and Cape Town (Katanga) 086 148 2538 airports. Booking has to be done in advance to secure availability.

We have a local Special Services team based at the local airports with the aim of assisting our Club customers and Gold and Silver Executive Club members with their travel needs. The team is based in Johannesburg 082 902 2303, Cape Town 082 907 0309, Durban 082 807 2575 and Port Elizabeth 083 631 7988.
