If you have more bags than your free allowance or any of your bags are over the maximum weight or size limit, you should be aware of what arrangements you need to make before you travel.

In addition to your free allowance, you can pay to check in up to 10 extra bags per person.

For any bags you are checking in that are greater than the maximum allowable weight of 23kg (51lbs), you will need to pay a fee per bag.
This fee is in addition to any fees for extra checked-in bags.

The following customers are entitled to a 32kg baggage allowance per bag at no additional charge:
- Customers travelling to and from Brazil.
- Gold and Silver Executive Club members.
- First, Club World and Club Europe customers on all routes.
