Checking in
We want you to arrive at your departure gate in plenty of time so we offer various ways to check in to make the process as smooth and as fast as possible.
Lounges
Escape from the hurly burly of the airport and relax in the calming environment of one of our exclusive lounges. If you are eligible for access you can take advantage of the quiet and catch up on some work.
Safety and security
Security is now part of everyday life and along with safety we treat these as our highest priority.
London Heathrow
Most of our flights at London Heathrow are from Terminal 5 but we also use Terminal 3 for some services.
London Gatwick
London Gatwick airport has two terminals and we fly into and out of the North Terminal.
London City
London City airport offers our Business Class only service to New York as well as a number of other flights to Europe and the UK.
