Add the Minimum API data required by the US authorities:

• passenger's given names and last name as shown on passport
• gender
• date of birth

Please provide us with this minimum information at least seven days before you fly. By doing this, you will satisfy the US authorities requirement that minimum API information (Secure Flight data) is provided to them at least 72 hours before departure.

Add passenger names to your group booking:

• all names must be exactly as shown on individuals' passports

Add passenger names and Advance Passenger Information (API) to your group booking:

*All names must be exactly as shown on individuals' passports / ID cards.

*We are required to collect 'Advance Passenger Information' from all passengers before travel, on behalf of government authorities.

API refers to specific passport details and you will be required to supply some or all of the following information:

• passport number / ID card number
• country which issued your passport / ID card
• passport / ID card expiry date
• given names (as they appear on the passport / ID card)
• last name (as it appears on the passport / ID card)
• gender
• date of birth
• nationality

It is important that the information provided is accurate.

Add all the API data required by the US authorities:

• passport expiry date
• nationality
• the Alien Registration Number (Green Card) for those who have US residency
• country of residence
• destination address in the US for the first night's stay, except for US Citizens or residents
