Accor hotels

Earning Avios is based on spend at each hotel. Executive Club Members must join Le Club Accorhotels, Accor’s loyalty programme, and select British Airways Executive Club Avios as their earning preference. Enrolment into Le Club Accorhotels with a British Airways Executive Club Avios earning preference can only be done online or at the hotel during your stay.

• 1 Avios for every euro spent at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and Adagio hotels
• 1 Avios for every 2 euro spent at Ibis and all seasons hotels.

• Enrol in the Le Club Accorhotels program or if you are already enrolled, amend your earning preference in order to automatically convert Le Club Accorhotels points into Avios immediately after each stay. (Without the standard 4,000 Le Club Accorhotels points threshold).
• When you have completed enrolment, click on “Manage my Le Club Accorhotels points” and select “Automatic conversion of my points into airline miles” and choose British Airways as your Frequent Flyer Program.  Finally input your Executive Club membership number and name. You will now automatically earn Avios after each stay at participating Accor hotels. 
• Book your stay with Accor or contact your nearest reservations office. Ensure you provide your Le Club Accorhotels membership number with your booking and at hotel check-in.
• Please allow four to six weeks for your Avios to show on your account.
• Please keep all copies of your original receipts until your Avios are credited to your account.

Le Club Accorhotels is Accor's loyalty program and allows you to convert Le Club Accorhotels points into Avios:

• Convert 4,000 Le Club Accorhotels points into 2,000 Avios. Conversions can only be made in increments of 4,000 points.
• To convert Le Club Accorhotels points, log into your Le Club Accorhotels profile via accorhotels.com and go to "Manage my Le Club Accorhotels points" and then select "Convert my points into airline miles" in the drop down menu.
• After you submit your request online, your Avios will automatically be awarded to your Executive Club account. Please allow approximately six weeks for Avios to be credited to your account.

• A hotel stay is one or more consecutive nights in the same hotel during the week (Monday to Thursday) or the weekend (Friday to Sunday).
• To earn Avios, Executive Club members must join Le Club Accorhotels, Accor’s loyalty program, and have British Airways Executive Club Avios pre-selected as the earning preference.
• The Le Club Accorhotels loyalty program is free to join. To earn Avios, you must link your Executive Club membership number to your Le Club Accorhotels card and activate the automatic points transfer.
