Situated in south-western Bulgaria in the foothills of Pirin Mountain, Bansko Ski Resort is a natural reserve included in the World Natural Heritage list. From December until April, a range of skiing and boarding possibilities entertain beginners and pros.
Bansko is not just a ski resort, the town itself has an abundance of cultural monuments and museums as well as plenty of après ski activities to rival the international resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo but at lower prices.
