The Goa Boa festival returns to Genoa's Porto Antico, featuring concerts by top international artists.

Over the years, the festival has expanded and moved from city areas formerly occupied by heavy industry towards the city centre and the sea. The title reflects this: GOA is the name used to indicate the city airport, BOA means "buoy", a maritime metaphor to signify that Genoa wants to be an important reference point for the international music circuit, offering a significant overview on the contemporary scene.
