This is a clever way to peek inside Muscat's stunning Chedi Hotel without spending a fortune. At night, vast seafood platters and Asian fusion fish dishes du jour are served under beach umbrellas at The Beach Restaurant while the Gulf of Oman laps gently in the background. A light menu is also available at lunchtime.
