Under the auspices of French chef Jean-Luc Amann, the Italian-influenced menu at Al Khiran Terrace in Muttrah's Al Bustan Palace has gone from strength to strength. Beautifully situated on a terrace overlooking the pristine beach, the restaurant offers à la carte menus and a buffet along with fine wines.
