Beyoncé continues with the I Am... Tour on the back of her super-successful third album, I Am... Sasha Fierce, on which the superstar introduces fans to her onstage alter ego. This date is at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena.

Having risen to fame as a member of Destiny's Child, Beyoncé released her debut solo album, Dangerously in Love, in 2003. Her career has since expanded into acting and product endorsement.

With the 2008 release of her latest album she has established herself as the most successful female recording artist of the decade. The album mixes upbeat urban grooves with a set of more personal ballads.
