Children arrive full of energy to be welcomed by stiltwalkers and clowns to the Vancouver International Children's Festival. An international banquet of mime, multimedia and great new theatre awaits.

Some shows are in French.

Free workshops engage young minds before and after shows, while hands-on activities range from juggling and hula hooping to obstacle courses and an interactive audio-visual tech-tent. Free performances on the bandstand are programmed for cross-generational appeal.

Don't miss the annual variety show featuring some of the best acts each year, usually staged over the last weekend of the festival.
