Santé, the Toronto International Wine Festival, celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2008 with a focus on new world wines from Australia and California.
More than 70 wineries travel to the city from around the globe to present their best vintages. Along with wine tastings there are seminars discussing the different facets of wine and a special festival store. Celebrity chefs cook dinners to complement the wine.
