Festival Sundiata celebrates African and African-American culture. It is held over four days at the Seattle Center and showcases the rich diversity of African music, dance, food, arts, crafts and plenty more.
Free to the public, the festival is dedicated to making African art, heritage and culture more accessible while highlighting local and regional talents and businesses. Highlights include face-painting or children, a market and craft stands teaching the act of African-inspired dolls.
