Perth's rich history springs to life on Heritage Day, when traditional dance and music takes over the city's indigenous sites. Visitors can also learn about iconic buildings on a 'Behind Closed Doors' tour of Government House or His Majesty's Theatre.
Make the most of the spring weather on a guided tour of the Stirling or Queens Gardens, which also include the chance to meet the gardener. If visiting with kids, try the State Library for storytelling sessions and other fun activities.
