The Perth Cup on New Year's Day at the Ascot Racecourse is one of Western Australia's biggest social events. Horse lovers dress up and assemble in the specially-constructed tent city, also known as TentLand, to enjoy an all-day party.
The tents have numerous different themes and menus, including a Smirnoff Tent, Lounge Room and MRQ Tent - all variations on the party theme.
It's a great way to start the year.
