The Carpisa Neapolis Festival mixes international bands with local Italian rock and pop stars at Naples' Arena Flegrea, promising a top line-up. A music expo, film screenings and meetings also take place.
Massive Attack, R.E.M and The Editors as well as Italian favourites Elio e le Storie Tese and Bluvertigo performed last year. Full details of the 2009 programme can be found on the festival website when it is released.
