The Babel Med Music festival presents three days of new musical talent from all over the world at the Dock des Suds in Marseille. The festival reaches its peak in the evening, and never fails to get the Marseillais dancing.
During the day, more than 100 music organisations occupy stands dotted around the docks and music industry figures mingle at discussions, film screenings and meetings.
The ten concerts each night include the most talked-about new acts on the world music scene, alongside some bigger names.
The festival website releases full details of the programme as soon as they are available.
