Treat your taste buds to delicious African cooking, groove to the rhythm of Afro beats and enjoy fashion shows, African bands and storytelling for children at FestAfrica. The annual two-day event is held at Baltimore's Patterson Park.
Formerly known as Naija Fest, the festival has now broadened to celebrate the continent's rich and diverse culture. It is organised by various African organisations in Maryland and co-sponsored by Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, the Baltimore Office of Promotions and the Maryland State Arts Council.
For more information, please see the festival website.
Event details can change. Please check with the organisers that the event is happening before making travel arrangements.
