Marble and Sounds is one of Serbia's most renowned cultural and artistic events, held annually throughout Arandjelovac town, famous for its white marble. The festival features ceramic and marble sculptures, drama, music, literature, fine arts, ballet, films and folk dances.
Venues include outdoor stages, the Knjaz Milos exhibition pavilion, the park of Bukovicka Banja Spa, the Prince's hall at Staro Zdanje Hotel and the Park Town Hall. Together the events from various disciplines provide a comprehensive review of the local arts scene and, thanks to the festival, Arandjelovac is now home to a great artistic collection. The town has also a park-museum displaying marble sculptures and an exceptional international collection of ceramic items.
Event details can change. Please check with the organisers that the event is happening before making travel arrangements.
