This colourful arts, music and flower show was inaugurated in 2002 to celebrate Jamaica's 40th anniversary of independence. Now it is a key event, held every two years in the splendid gardens of the King's House.
The festival showcases everything to do with horticulture: from floral designs to seminars, exhibits and the latest styles in garden furniture. Imagine London's Chelsea flower show under blue skies, with over 100 participants from the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and beyond.
A rich display of Caribbean art and a wide variety of music, from traditional gospel singing to Cuban rhythms, as well as fabulous food produced by the Hilton Hotel's top chefs, complete the picture.
Event details can change. Please check with the organisers that the event is happening before making travel arrangements.
