The resort also offers a wide range of sporting activities for adults and children. You’ll find a 24-hour modern gym on -site, kitted-out with the latest cardio equipment and a range of free weights. Sweeping windows here let in plenty of light and afford lush garden and coastal views while you work up a sweat. Be sure to grab a healthy juice from the bar to refuel after your session. There’s also a five-a-side football pitch and two paddle and tennis courts.

Parents can enjoy a little down time and make use of the complimentary services for little ones - The Mini-Club (for ages three to six), Junior Club (ages seven to 12) and Adventure Club (ages 13 to 17) are perfect for keeping kids busy, free of charge. For infants (up to two years old) there is a dedicated nursery and babysitting service (charges apply). The Pharmacy, located in the Piazza degli Uliviin, offers a range of baby food, milk, nappies and baby care products - so you needn’t struggle to pack everything in your suitcase.

You’ll be spoilt for choice at mealtimes with eleven restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine and a ‘culinary journey’ programme, enabling you to try a different restaurant each evening (reservations required). Dine at La Terrazza for stunning views out across the lagoon and bay, and an a la carte menu shining with a blend of Mediterranean and international fare. In the mornings, enjoy breezy breakfast alfresco on the terrace and savour Sardinian specialties. Come sundown, this restaurant transforms into the perfect romantic spot for dinner. Open late, order delicious dishes paired with wine from a refined list featuring a selection of local, Italian and international bottles. For a relaxed bite to eat, head to the resort’s poolside restaurant and café Bioaquam. Featuring a plush lounge area and impressive solarium, this eatery is great for light lunches, refreshing cocktails and organic wines. You’ll also find veggie and fresh fruit smoothies served here. Sa Mesa serves up a menu of authentic Sardinian cuisine in a Trattoria-inspired setting. Dine a la carte or try a little bit of everything with the family sharing platters. Sit inside or out on the terrace and order from a wine list showcasing the best small batch and local Sardinian wines.

The Bollicine Bar serves as the ideal social spot. Order everything from champagne and prosecco to classic cocktails and chilled beers, while you unwind on the grand terrace. Take in the panoramic views and lounge on the cushioned sofas here.

At the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers are free from the third row onwards – there’s a charge for the first and second row.

The hotel operates a children’s policy, allowing infants (up to two years of age) and children (up to 12 years of age) to stay free of charge when sharing the room with two adults paying full rates. Children aged 13 or older and sharing the room with two adults paying full rate will pay 50%. Cots for infants and a third bed are on a request basis only. Children aged 0-35 months can eat lunch here for free.

Please note that some of the facilities such as babysitting, the children’s nursery and bicycle rental are available at an extra cost. Parents must accompany children to and from the kids’ club, where not all areas are open, and parents are required to fill out a children's health declaration form.
